PROCLAMATION REQUIRING THE APPEARANCE OF
A PERSON ACCUSED

In the Court of District Magistrate,

Thiruvananthapuram

Case No. CC37/S 13.23919/2014/Camp. 19th April 2014.

Whereas, complaint has been made before me
by the Deputy Commissioner of Police (L & O),
Thiruvananthapuram City that Sri Sajikumar @

Choozhattukotta Ambili, S/o Sundaresan Nair,

Age 46, Vikkan Vilakathu Veedu, Vilavoorkala Village,

Malayinkeezhu P. O. has committeed or suspected to have
committed following offences:

1. Crime No. 1312/2011 of Nemom

Police Station

2. Crime No. 574/2012 of Balaramapuram

Police Station

3. Crime No. 605/2012 of Malayinkeezhu

Police Station

4. Crime No. 45/2014 of Malayinkeezhu

Police Station.

And, it has been returned to order of detention
No. CC37/S13. 23919/2014/Camp, dated 27-3-2014 of this
Court, there upon issued that the Sri Sajikumar @
Choozhattukotta Ambili, cannot be found, and whereas it
has been shown to my satisfaction that the said
Sri Sajikumar @ Choozhattukotta Ambili has absconded
or is concealing himself to avoid the service of the said
Order of detention.

Proclamation is hereby made that the said
Sri Sajikumar @ Choozhattukotta Ambili of
Thiruvananthapuram District to appear before the office of
the District Police Chief, Thiruvananthapuram Rural within
30 days of the publication of this Order in the Kerala
Gazette.
